Data we process

We process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, optional company, phone, country and the content of your message. The site has no registration or accounts: no other personal data is collected automatically.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your data solely to reply to your request and, where applicable, to follow up on the conversation you started (legal basis: your pre-contractual request and the consent expressed when sending the form). No profiling purposes, no automatic newsletters.

Cookies and traffic measurement

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure visits in aggregate form and improve the content. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Retention

Data sent through the contact form is kept for the time strictly needed to handle the request and is then deleted.

Disclosure of data

The data is processed by the controller’s authorised staff using ordinary IT tools. We do not sell, rent or pass your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Where analytics is enabled, Google Ireland Ltd. acts as processor for the Google Analytics service, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework guarantees.

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů; for Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
